Prices are inclusive of 6 nights stay in our luxury villa in a room of your choice, transfers to and from Marrakech airport to our luxury villa, food and drink during your experience, daily activities all included along with excursions and mountain hikes - please note, prices DO NOT include flights!
Fitness & Exercise
Our week long experience involves various different fitness activities that cater for all abilities and fitness levels. From morning walks, mountain hikes to Boxercise, circuit training, HIIT workouts & endurance based activities. We ensure we have the perfect blend and high and low intensity workouts across our week long retreat to help you get the most from your experience with us.

Yoga & Meditation
Our Yoga is suitable for all levels; beginner to advanced yogis will be able to access different variations of poses in order to connect with breath and movement. poses will vary from restorative to dynamic as we work to detox and strengthen the body.
Meditation comes in many forms; we will offer a beginner friendly approach using breath work, mindful relaxation techniques, positive visualisations and finishing with an optional head massage.
Enjoy healthy wholesome meals on our retreat. We have an amazing team on hand to prepare healthy, balanced and filling meals for you with a Moroccan spin to the menu. Our head Chef and his team have sourced the best possible ingredients from local supplies to provide our retreat guests with mouth watering dishes that you will also learn how to cook and prepare so you can continue to enjoy a positive relationship with healthy food long after the retreat! We do not believe in starving your bodies for quick results, we help to fuel your body correctly for long term healthy habits you can take home with you!
